Shipping

All online orders are shipped through Canada Post and are calculated at the time of your order, based on the total weight of your order. Canada post offers multiple shipping options for you to choose from.

Free standard shipping is valid on orders of $70 CAD or more made at mcsweeneys.ca. Minimum purchase amount does not include previously purchased merchandise, the purchase of discounts or any other costs or fees. This offer is valid on orders shipped in Canada via Standard Shipping only to one shipping address. Choosing any shipping method other than Ground Shipping may result in normal shipping and handling charges. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. *This offer is not valid on shipments to Nunavut. Offer not valid on shipments outside of Canada. The offer will automatically be reflected in your shopping cart. No promotional code is necessary. Direct Plus Food Group reserves the right to extend, modify, or discontinue this offer at any time.

Order Status

You can always check the status of your order by the Canada Post Tracking number that you received in your order confirmation email. If you have further questions, please reach out to us at info@mcsweeneys.ca

Can I cancel my order?

We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within a few hours on weekdays. You can attempt to contact us at info@mcsweeneys.ca to request that your order be cancelled, but if it has shipped, we can no longer do so because it is with Canada Post.

Do you ship internationally?

No, currently, we only ship within Canada.

Can I ship to 2 locations in one order?

No, currently, we ship orders to one location. You can send the order as a gift to a different location than your billing address, but only one address can receive the order.

Can I use a promo code during a shop sale?

We only allow one sale or discount code to be used at a time. If you are purchasing during a time with an automatic sale already applied to your order, you cannot add another promo code on top of that. Free shipping will always be applied to orders of $70 or more, regardless of the discount already applied.
